Finally getting to post the Doritos commercial here… which also means we did not make the finalists. I’m still proud of this one though. Took a lot of time and effort and involved 11 people. Maybe we’ll come up with something better next year.
This is an animated short film from the script “Daddy’s Home”. I think the guy did a good job on it. Obviously spent a long time on it. He told me he has not yet finished with the voice actors so it’s still text to voice and sounds robotic. My only disappointment was the baby skeleton instead of the mummy baby, but I understand that some things were just too hard to create. Hope you enjoy it.

This is a short film by Scar Tissue films and directed by Rick Kinsella. I wrote a one page script for DD, but the film is a little more than two minutes. The title is End of the tour and is on the short screenplays page as pdf and mp3.
This one is not a test either, but relevant I think to a lot of screenwriters and filmmakers alike and it may explain some of the enormous need for short screenplays.
